Confirmed scope has its own record.

The cart shows what was requested. The order shows what was confirmed, then records what has been paid, allocated, invoiced, and shipped against that confirmation.

Follow fulfillment on every product line.

Each product keeps separate ordered, allocated, shipped, invoiced, and returned quantities, so partial progress does not disappear inside an order-level status.

One incomplete line does not make every line incomplete. The ledger preserves partial progress.

Allocated

Quantity assigned during preparation.

Two positions, one order

Payment and shipment keep different status.

A paid order can still be awaiting shipment. The order records both positions and keeps the invoice attached while fulfillment continues.

The current state does not erase how the order got there.

Dated record

The created date and current stage establish which commercial record you are reading.

Line changes

Ordered, allocated, shipped, invoiced, and returned positions show what changed at line level.

Next action

The order states what needs attention now without promising a completion date that has not been confirmed.

Invoices, payment, shipment, and files all point back here.

The order is the durable reference for confirmed scope. The next pages explain its payment and document records in detail.
