Barcode, ingredient, and category fields are used where the source record provides them. A conflicting identifier is not treated as a verified match.

One record names one sellable version.
A full size, mini, refill, set, renewed package, or different pack cannot share an identity just because the English names look similar.

The same line keeps its own progress.
The confirmed order keeps the product name, size, pack, and its ordered, allocated, shipped, and invoiced position together.
Documents
Files stay attached to the order they describe.
Issued invoices and released shipment files return to the confirmed order instead of becoming detached files with no product or fulfillment context.
