CompanyOur story

Export orders made us build the platform.

Years of changing availability, price lists, product versions, and export orders showed us where spreadsheets and chat break down.

The business came first.

We began trading Korean cosmetics in 2016. Buying lists arrived in one format, availability and prices in another, stock changed, product names differed, and every correction still had to reach the final order.

A spreadsheet could show the latest edit, but it could not reliably show why a line changed, which Korean item it referred to, or whether the approved scope, purchase, payment, and documents still agreed.

We built our platform around those operating failures. Each control below exists because the export work needed a clearer record.

What broke. What we built around it.

The interface is not a separate software story. It records the product and order decisions that our Korean purchasing and export work depend on.

Product identity

A product name was not enough.

The same line could appear with a different size, version, set, refill, pack, SKU, or barcode. We made those distinctions searchable so the requested item can be checked before it reaches a commercial record.

Change control

A revised list did not show what had actually been approved.

Availability and terms can change while an order is being reviewed. We separated the cart from the preorder so the approved product names and commercial decision have their own record before a confirmed order is created.

Order continuity

One status could not describe the whole order.

Ordered, allocated, shipped, and invoiced quantities do not always move together. We keep those positions on each confirmed line instead of reducing the order to a single message in chat.

Three dates anchor the story.

The registration, export award, and current order record show the sequence: trading business first, export record next, platform built inside the work.
