Market-and-brand decisions are clearer when supplier context, export route, and first-order fit are checked together.
Send the document names, intended destination, exact products, and the purpose for which the files are needed. Include any format or issuer requirements provided by your importer, broker, or local advisor.
Cosmain checks document availability before taking the deposit and follows up with the brand after ordering. Some brands will only discuss documents once the purchase is definite, so not every requested file can be promised or delivered before payment.
A document available for one brand or product is not necessarily available for another. The product version and destination also matter. State any need for market-specific packaging before ordering so Cosmain can check availability with the brand.
Shipment records, ingredient information, authorization materials, and safety documentation serve different purposes. Receiving one file does not establish that the complete document set is available or that a product is approved for local sale.
Affected products are removed and the final invoice is reduced. This normally reduces the remaining balance. If an adjustment leaves excess payment, it is kept as credit only with your agreement; otherwise it is refunded.
This document-related adjustment is separate from cancelling an order already placed with the brand. If the documents supplied reveal a destination restriction, contact Cosmain to discuss the specific order.
If you need a certificate or declaration of origin, identify the required form and purpose before ordering. Availability and eligibility need checking for the actual goods; neither a preferential tariff nor acceptance of a form is guaranteed.
For marketplace verification, specify the requested invoice or company document and the platform concerned. Document support is not a guarantee of marketplace approval or brand authorization for a particular territory or channel.
Cosmain supports the sourcing and document discussion in Korea. The importer and local advisors need to establish the requirements for local registration, labels, ingredients, claims, and customs clearance.
