Payment terms
The 30% deposit starts purchasing.
The remaining balance is paid against the final commercial invoice before the goods leave Korea.

Our usual wholesale payment structure
30%
Deposit after preorder approval
We begin Korean purchasing and preparation after the required deposit has been received and accepted.
Balance
Final payment before shipment
The commercial invoice credits the deposit already paid and states the amount required before shipment release.
What the deposit does
The deposit is part of the order payment, not an additional charge.
It commits the approved preorder to purchasing and preparation. We place the required Korean purchase orders, receive the goods, check them against the confirmed lines, and consolidate the order for export.
The deposit must match the required amount. Bank charges and intermediary fees should not reduce the amount that reaches the confirmed company account.
Worked example
A KRW 10,000,000 order
- Approved preorder
- KRW 10,000,000
- 30% deposit
- KRW 3,000,000
- Balance if the total does not change
- KRW 7,000,000
If the final confirmed total becomes KRW 9,800,000, the commercial invoice credits the KRW 3,000,000 deposit and shows KRW 6,800,000 remaining.
If the order changes
You do not settle the balance against an outdated order.
If a final available quantity changes, or an agreed shipping or preparation charge is added, we update the order before requesting the remaining balance.
The final commercial invoice shows the goods and agreed charges proceeding to shipment, together with the deposit credit and amount still due.
How to pay
We issue the payment instructions for the specific order.
Bank transfer is the standard payment route for regular international wholesale orders. We confirm the beneficiary, currency, amount, invoice reference, and payment timing after the order review.
Cosmain does not publish bank account details on the public website. Pay only against instructions received through a confirmed Cosmain account channel.
